Wholesale Custom DTF Transfers

Our Wholesale Custom DTF Transfers are printed on high-quality gang sheets, ranging from 22″ x 12″ to 22″ x 108″. These transfers support full-color graphics, including detailed images, gradients, ombré effects, and more.

We use white ink printing, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting designs. Our bulk custom DTF iron-on transfers are printed on durable transfer film with inks that resist cracking, providing a professional finish.

What is Direct-to-Film (DTF)?

DTF transfers are full-color, heat-applied transfers suitable for both light and dark garments. They require no weeding or masking and can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and 100% polyester. (Note: DTF transfers are not recommended for nylon due to its smooth texture, which may affect adhesion.)

With our transfers, it’s as easy as press and go! All you need is a heat press to apply them effortlessly.

Image Requirements (Very Important!)

For the best quality results, please follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork:

✅ Print-Ready Files Only – Ensure your design is final before submission.
✅ Do Not Mirror Your Image – Our software automatically handles mirroring.
✅ Exact Dimensions Required – We do not resize artwork.
✅ 300 DPI Recommended – Higher resolution ensures sharp, vibrant prints.
✅ PNG Format Only – Files must have a transparent background to avoid unwanted printing of white areas.
❌ No Trademarked or Copyrighted Images – We cannot print designs featuring brands like NFL, Disney, or fashion labels. Orders with these images will not be processed, and any refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Single Image DTF Transfers

If you’re ordering a single image transfer, we will resize your artwork proportionally to fit within your selected transfer size, preserving the original aspect ratio. We will not distort or stretch your image unless specifically requested.

📌 Important: When resizing, always maintain the proportional ratio of your original image to prevent stretching or distortion.

Rush Orders & Shipping Information

Our DTF transfers are printed in-house with care and precision on high-speed, large-format machines. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

• If your order contains both DTF transfers and other products, all items will be shipped together. If you need other items sooner, please place separate orders.

Application Instructions

📌 How to Apply Your DTF Transfers:
1️⃣ Trim (if needed) – Remove any excess strips or order ID markings.
2️⃣ Preheat Garment – Press for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture, then let it cool.
3️⃣ Position the Transfer – Place it white side down, image facing up.
4️⃣ Press at 300°F for 15 Seconds – Apply firm pressure with a heat press.
5️⃣ Peel Cold – Allow the film to cool completely before peeling.
6️⃣ Repress with Parchment Paper – Cover with parchment, Teflon, or butcher paper and press for an additional 5 seconds.

📌 Troubleshooting Tip: If the image doesn’t transfer fully, repress, let it cool, and peel again.

Care Instructions

🧼 To ensure long-lasting wear:

• Wash garment inside out in cold water.

• Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.

• Do not dry clean or iron over the design.

• Tumble dry low for best results.
